Katanga/Ngudjolo Trial Postponed to 24 November 200

On 31st August 2009, ICC Trial Chamber II decided to postpone the commencement of the trial to 24 November 2009 in the case of The Prosecutor v. Germain Katanga and Mathieu Ngudjolo Chui from 24 September to 24 November 2009. According to the Chamber, a number of issues still need to be resolved.
