Defence and prosecution lawyers react after an international war crimes court sentenced Liberia’s former president Charles Taylor to 50 years in prison for war crimes. Judge Richard Lussick delivered the sentence on Wednesday. Prosecutors had asked the special court for Sierra Leone to impose an 80-year prison term.
