Sudanese leader to face genocide charges

Appeal judges at the International Criminal Court have reversed an earlier decision not to charge Sudanese president Omar el Bashir with genocide. This means the indicted president could face additional charges of genocide as the ICC moves to charge a sitting president for the first time in its history.
