We begin in The Hague where International criminal court prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo has formally appealed against the decision by the pre-trial chamber to strike out police killings in Kisumu and Kibera from charges leveled against three suspects. The pre-trial Chamber judges had ruled that the events that took place in Kisumu and Kibera could not be attributed to the suspects in the ICC case against Francis Muthaura, Uhuru Kenyatta and Hussein Ali.
